TERMS & CONDITIONS
1. RESPONSIBILITY/RESPONSABILIDAD
The customer is responsible for the safe use of the rented equipment.
I, the undersigned, understand and acknowledge that the use of inflatables, food machines, and other rented equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, burns, or personal injury.
El cliente es responsable del uso seguro del equipo alquilado.
Entiendo y reconozco que el uso de inflables, máquinas de comida y otros equipos alquilados implica ciertos riesgos inherentes, incluyendo, pero no limitado a caídas, golpes, quemaduras o lesiones personales.
2. SUPERVISION / SUPERVISIÓN
All equipment must be supervised by an adult at all times.
I agree to properly supervise the use of all equipment, especially by minors, and follow all instructions provided by the service provider.
Todo equipo debe estar supervisado por un adulto en todo momento.
Me comprometo a supervisar adecuadamente el uso del equipo, especialmente por parte de menores de edad, y seguir todas las instrucciones proporcionadas por el proveedor del servicio.
3. DAMAGES / DAÑOS
The customer will be responsible for any damage caused to the equipment.
I voluntarily accept full responsibility for any damage or injury that may occur during the use of the rented equipment, whether caused by myself, my children, or any event guests.
El cliente será responsable por cualquier daño causado al equipo.
Acepto voluntariamente asumir toda responsabilidad por cualquier daño o lesión que pueda ocurrir durante el uso de los equipos alquilados, ya sea por parte mía, de mis hijos o de cualquier invitado del evento.
4. WEATHER / CLIMA
In case of rain or bad weather, the event may be rescheduled. No refunds are allowed due to weather conditions.
En caso de lluvia o mal clima, se podrá reprogramar el evento. No se permiten devoluciones por condiciones climáticas.
5. CANCELLATIONS / CANCELACIONES
Cancellations must be made at least 72 hours in advance. Only 75% of the total amount paid will be refunded. The remaining 25% will be retained as an administrative fee.
Las cancelaciones deben hacerse con al menos 72 horas de anticipación. Solo se reembolsará el 75% del monto total pagado. El 25% restante se retendrá como cargo administrativo.
6. LIABILITY RELEASE / LIBERACIÓN DE RESPONSABILIDAD
I therefore release Fun in a Click from any claims, demands, or liabilities related to the use of the equipment, including negligence by the provider.
Por consiguiente, libero a Fun in a Click de cualquier reclamo, demanda o responsabilidad relacionada con el uso del equipo, incluyendo negligencia por parte del proveedor.
7. ACKNOWLEDGMENT AND ACCEPTANCE / RECONOCIMIENTO Y ACEPTACIÓN
By completing this reservation, I acknowledge that I have read, understood, and agree to the terms outlined in this Liability Waiver.
